Yesterday, I wrote a post called “Will I Stay Calm and Patient Today?”
I had a crazy, busy, and stressful day yesterday. I did what amounted to five hours of running around with the kids right during lunch time and nap time. I had to stand in line to register our car, with three noisy kids in tow. I had to get three kids in and out of the car-seats, in and out, in and out, over and over. I got hungry, they all got hungry, and we didn’t get lunch until 2:30 p.m.
My goal was to keep my peace, and to stay calm and happy inside. And I invited you all to hold me accountable and ask me how I did. Since several of you asked, and usually the amount of people who comment are only a small fraction of those who are curious, I decided to do another video.
So the question is: did I keep my peace? Or did I get stressed?
I’ll tell you this, I learned a few things. And I have become aware of some negative thought patterns I didn’t know I had, that I now need to deal with.
This is my very honest response. Along with practical tips on how to keep your peace.
